Safety toe in composite materials of resins and carbon fiber.Carbon nanofiber material, a type of composite, offers the lightest and most advanced safety toe available today. The weight of these toes is 50 percent less than steel and 40 percent less than standard composite toe caps.
Carbon fibre toecaps guarantee the best performance in terms of impact and crush resistance at the same time. The extreme lightness and the very reduced thickness are the main features of this avant-garde product. The intertwined and crossed fibres allow greater resistance to impact and crushing. The production is performed almost entirely by hand, for this reason they are made in China. The main feature of safety toecap, a-magnetic, composite, in resin and carbon fibre, is that they are extremely rigid, and very thin, guaranteeing very high performances with smaller overall dimensions compared to composite-ULTRA or those made of glass fibre, so they can be compared to the steel version, but weigh 60% less.
